Sevya means "that which means caring," and is committed to preserving the indigenous art forms of India that face the danger of extinction. Sevya is a vision of service through mindful and conscious consumption, through caring for the environment and humanity at large.

Sevya supports artisan groups that have little access to marketing avenues by reviving endangered art forms and showcasing their products in the global arena. Sevya works with each community, developing unique and contemporary designs that exemplify the artisans' mastery in their craft. Each item is hand-crafted using the finest natural materials.

The profits generated through sales - after covering costs - are reinvested in these communities under the auspices of the All India Movement for Seva, founded by Swami Dayananda Saraswati. The funds are used for schools, hospitals, microfinance programs, and environmental restoration projects.
